A Membership That Stays With Your Home
A Golf Membership Eligible Address (GMEA) ties a Bear Mountain golf membership to the property, not just the owner. Live the resort lifestyle with unlimited play on two Nicklaus Design courses, and when you sell, the membership can transfer to your buyer.
GMEA memberships are available only with Ecoasis properties and addresses that already hold one. For buyers, that makes a GMEA home one of the few ways to get a transferable Bear Mountain membership.
Active or Dormant
Active: A full golf membership with every Individual and Couples benefit, including up to four children under 19. Initiation: $60,000 individual, add $10,000 for couples Monthly dues: $625 individual, add $365 for couples.
Dormant: No one in the house golfs yet? Dormant keeps the address eligible and the membership transferable, without golf privileges. You can still play on green fees. Initiation: $60,000 individual, add $10,000 for couples Monthly dues: $40 individual, add $40 for couples.
